• Private:  Price for a traveler who prefers to room alone.
• Double:  Price per person with two people per room
• Triple:  Price per person with three people per room , two double beds .
• Quad:  Price per person with four people per room , two double beds .

Reservation and Payment Policy :
A $100 deposit is due  within 10 business days of making your reservation. The remainder is due 1 month before departure. 
Cancellation Policy: 
• Cancellation received 60 days before departure will receive a full refund , including deposit .
• Cancellation received 35-59 days prior to departure will be assessed a $100 per person fee.
• Cancellations received within 35 days prior to departure will be assessed a $100 per person fee and receive a refund only if a replacement is found.
